How do I choose the correct size?
Our socks come in two sizes:
- S/M – fits women’s sizes 5–9
- M/L – fits women’s sizes 7–12
Our M/L socks feature additional grip coverage on the sole to better accommodate larger foot sizes and are slightly taller in length for a comfortable fit.
While our sizing is based on women’s sizes, many men with smaller or average foot sizes also find our socks to be a great fit.
What can the grip socks be used for?
Our grip socks are made for Pilates, Lagree, barre, yoga, and movement beyond the studio. The non-slip grip provides stability during workouts while staying comfortable enough for everyday wear.
How do I wash my socks?
We recommend washing your socks inside out in cold water and air drying them to help maintain the grip and fabric quality.
When will I get my order?
All orders are processed within 3 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping, though times may vary depending on your location and the carrier. We take pride in hand-packing every order with care.
Please note that shipping may take slightly longer during holidays, promotions, or high-volume periods.
What is the return policy?
Due to safety and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns at this time. All products are final sale.

Do you offer wholesale and private label options?
Yes! We offer wholesale opportunities for studios and stores that want to carry Love, Y’all products. Our private label options are currently limited, but we’re working to expand them in the near future.
